Track Use Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions stipulate procedures of use of the SIA “Baltic Ring 333” Track (hereinafter referred to as the Track) by the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) during the overall duration of the ride;
1.2. The User of the Track is a person driving a vehicle in certain section/sections of the Track;

2. Duties of the User:
2.1. The User shall present a form of ID;
2.2. Users younger than 16 years can use the Track in the driver's capacity only with the permanent presence of a parent/guardian or written parents' permission;
2.3. Users riding motorcycles must wear a helmet on Track (helmets can be rented from the “333” staff);
2.4. Users driving cars must fasten their seat belt while on Track and are recommended to wear a helmet (helmets can be rented from the “333” staff);
2.5. Rental go-karts always have priority on the Track;
2.6. Choose the driving speed according to your driving skills;
2.7. Maintain a safe driving distance;
2.8. If, while using the Track, a part separates from a vehicle due to damage (including the cords of punctured tyres), it must be immediately collected, strictly observing the safety measures on the Track;
2.9. If, while using the Track, oil, fuel or coolant starts leaking from a vehicle due to damage, this must be immediately reported to “333” staff. If absorbent granules need to be used in the cleanup procedure the User shall cover the material expenses in the amount of 20.00 EUR;
2.10. If any foreign objects (parts, objects, substances, etc.) are found on the paved section of the Track resulting from the rides of other Users, this must be immediately reported to “333” staff;
2.11. If the User has gone off the paved surface of the Track for any reason and brought soil onto the paved surface, the User must report this to “333”staffimmediately;
2.12. If the User wishes to change configuration ofthe Track, permission from “333” staff is required;
2.13. In case of any questions or uncertainties regarding ride or the Track, questions must be addressed to “333” staff until the matter is fully resolved;
2.14. If there are any problems with continuing the drive, this must be reported to “333” staff;
2.15. The driving speed of any vehicle in the “333” areas outside the Track is limited to 20 km/h;
2.16. Treat the on-track property of “333” and the issued equipment with care;
2.17. If the User has damaged a pylon/pylons on the Track, the User shall refund the cost of the damaged pylon/pylons immediately after the ride – 30.00 EUR per pylon.

3. The User is strictly forbidden to:
3.1. Be on the Track under the influence of intoxicating substances;
3.2. Arbitrarily use the Track without permission of “333” staff;
3.3. Do tyre burnouts on the Track;
3.4. Arbitrarily change the driving direction and/or configuration or stop on the Trackwithout justified reason;
3.5. Stop on the Track without justified reason, however, if such a necessity arises, hazard flashers of the vehicle must beturned on and it must be pulled off the paved surface of the Track while strictly observing the safety measures on the Track.

4. Responsibility of the User:
4.1. Full responsibility for adherence to the obligations and prohibitions and the consequences thereof;
4.2. Civil liability according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia;;
4.3. The driver of the vehicle assumes full responsibility for any damage to his/her own or another user's equipment during the use of the Track;
4.4. Full responsibility for ensuring that the vehicle used by the User on the Track has a valid road worthiness certificate.

5. Rights of the User:
5.1. To carry out the purchased ride on the Track in compliance with these terms and conditions;
5.2. To ask questions about the Track or the drive and receive answers to questions from “333” staff.

6. Other Provisions:
6.1. MTPL is NOTVALID on the Track;
6.2. CASCO policy is valid on the Track, if it includes a clause for extreme driving;
6.3. If the driver of the vehicle goes off the paved area of the Track more than 3 times or has repeated collisions with the Track delimiting signs, the “333” staff is entitled to terminate the User's ride without returning the payment;
6.4. “333” is not responsible for material values of the Customer;
6.5. If the Customer does not comply with the aforesaid Terms and Conditions, the User is given a verbal warning and if the User fails to observe the warning, the User's participation in the ride can be immediately terminated without the right to resume it and without returning the payment;
6.6. Objections about the use of the Track must be submitted in writing immediately after the end of the ride;
6.7. In case of any disputes or disagreements occurringbetween the User and any third party, the dispute shall be resolved by negotiation or, should that prove impossible, the parties shall resolve the dispute in judicial authority according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia;
6.8. In case of any disputes or disagreements occurringbetween the User and ”333” staff, the dispute shall be resolved by negotiation, should that prove impossible, company’s board of directors shall participate in negotiations, should the situation prove to be impossible to settle,the parties shall resolve the dispute in judicial authority according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia;
6.9. The User is acquaintedwith the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Rental Go kart of “333”, completely understands them and undertakes to comply with them; this is confirmed by User’s signature in the journal of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Rental Go kart.
